2025 Christmas Market Art and Craft Fair

in partnership with the Downtown Gaylord Light the Night Christmas Celebration

Pontresina Inspired, Gaylord Made.

Inspired by our sister city of Pontresina, Switzerland, Gaylord Arts is excited to bring you the first Christmas Market Art and Craft Fair.
When:
Saturday, December 13 from 1:00-7:00pm

VIP Event: Friday, December 12 from 6:00-9:00pm

The Pavilion on Court
162-198 S Court Ave, Gaylord MI

What:
​Enjoy shopping with local craft and food vendors, purchase s'mores packs to build at the fire, and take photos at the selfie station - all in addition to Downtown Gaylord's lighting of the tree, Christmas parade, and Santa visit!

VIP Evening at the Christmas Market

​Join us for an exclusive evening of food, drink, and festivities at the Christmas Market in support of Gaylord Arts. Bid on giftable items in our silent auction as you taste your way through a soup garden, charcuterie boards, Christmas desserts, mulled wine and cider, and more! Peruse the vendor's assortments, make s'mores by the fire, and enjoy the ambiance of Gaylord's very own Christmas Market.


Tickets include food and one drink ticket. You may also purchase a keepsake Christmas Market Mug to fill with your drink of choice at a discounted rate.

​Members: $55/$60 with mug
Non-members: $65/$70 with mug

Vendor Submissions

Submissions are now closed for the 2025 Christmas Market. We hope to see you next year!
Vendor Information and Entry Conditions:

Vendors are invited to participate in the Christmas Market Art and Craft Fair on Saturday 12/13 from 1-7pm, as well as the VIP event on Friday, 12/12 from 6-9pm. Gaylord Arts reserves the right to photograph the work to be used for internal and external purposes. Gaylord Arts members may have their items sold at the Gaylord Arts booth or submit to have their own booth is desired. Applications will be open until booths are filled.

-Up to 10 vendors will be selected, items must be handmade art and craft objects. Booths (6-8ft tables) will be provided. There are a variety of styles, booth choice is first come, first serve. Tablecloth and tabletop stands/decor are to be provided by the vendor. If selected, there will be a non-refundable $25 rental fee (discounted for Gaylord Arts members choosing to do their own booth).

-Vendor set up will be one hour prior to start time and breakdown will be one hour past end time (Fri. 5-6 and 9-10, Sat. 12-1 and 7-8).

-There will be heaters and a fire pit nearby, but it will be cold and the event is outdoors. It is strongly encouraged to have a buddy system so people can take breaks if needed.
