Grab a cup of cocoa and join us by the "fire"...
Fireside Chats are casual and cozy presentations (complete with hot chocolate) to learn about artist members and their artistic journeys.

These events are low pressure and aim to shine a light on the often non-linear and inspiring journeys of our membership. Everyone has a unique creative path and when we take the time to hear other's stories, we can find a renewed sense of joy and purpose.

We would love to hear your story! If you are interest in giving a Fireside Chat, please reach out here.

Sara is a viola player and Vice President of the Gaylord Community Orchestra. Originally from the suburbs of Lansing, Sara moved to 10 acres in Gaylord in 2022. Sara enjoys all kinds of artistic expression, and in her spare time, she enjoy painting, foraging for wildflowers, and MUSIC. She has been a violist since sixth grade, when braces forced her to switch from the flute. After a 20-year break following high school, she returned to her musical roots after a particularly challenging phase in life and has found her sanity again
